In March 2009, Her Royal Highness Princess Sabika bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, wife of His Majesty the King, opened the Aromatic Plants Garden at the GPIC Complex bearing her name. This is a unique garden designed to mainly feature all the perfumed aromatic plants and herbs found within the Kingdom of Bahrain.
